One Corporate Avenue Grade A Office Project

One Corporate Avenue is the first phase of The Corporate Avenue, a Grade A office development in the Taipingqiao Redevelopment project. With a total gross area of 78,000 square metres in two office towers, it is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2003.

One Corporate Avenue is close to the Huai Hai Zhong Road metro station and the planned metro station on Xizang Road on the M8 line, which is scheduled to open in 2005. When the planned walkway linking One Corporate Avenue with these two stations is completed, pedestrians will have a good view of the Taipingqiao Lake and Park from the walkway.



The entire Corporate Avenue project includes Grade A office towers, hotels, a commercial centre and other facilities built along the 1.2km-long Hubin Road to the north of the Taipingqiao Lake. With a total gross area of 500,000 square metres, The Corporate Avenue will become an integral part of the Luwan business district in downtown Shanghai.
