With this sublime environment, who will dare say the Xihu Tiandi Starbuck is merely a coffee shop. Since the opening of the first Starbucks store in Pike Market, Seattle in 1971, Starbucks has been striving to greater heights of refinement in Italian coffee made from roasted Arabic coffee beans. Along with its signature look, Starbucks at Xihu Tiandi is furnished with four-side glass walls, which puts you closer to nature. The open view allows you to see the seasonal changes of the enchanting lake. Coffee Class Mocha Rich chocolate Mocha syrup is blended with Italian espresso, milk and cream. An iced version is also available. Espresso Ristretto Espresso Ristretto as it is better known is held to be the soul of coffee; the taste is strong and lasting, with a sweetness resembling that of caramel. A newly made cup of Italian espresso should have a swirling pattern of three colours: the fragrant cream, the light brown liquid, and a dark vortex.
